ENGLISH VERSION
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.
Orders are shipped within 0–7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company / Post Office norms.
RASHTRIYA SAHITYA ORGANIZATION is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0–7 days from the date of order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of order. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your registered email ID.

अंतरराष्ट्रीय ग्राहकों के लिए सभी आदेश केवल पंजीकृत अंतरराष्ट्रीय कूरियर कंपनियों और/या अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से भेजे एवं वितरित किए जाते हैं। घरेलू ग्राहकों के लिए आदेश केवल पंजीकृत घरेलू कूरियर कंपनियों और/या स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से भेजे जाते हैं।
सभी आदेश 0–7 दिनों के भीतर या आदेश की पुष्टि के समय तय की गई डिलीवरी तिथि के अनुसार भेज दिए जाते हैं। शिपमेंट की डिलीवरी कूरियर कंपनी/डाक विभाग के नियमों एवं प्रक्रियाओं के अधीन होगी।
राष्ट्रीय साहित्य संगठन (RASHTRIYA SAHITYA ORGANIZATION) कूरियर कंपनी या डाक प्राधिकरणों द्वारा डिलीवरी में होने वाली किसी भी देरी के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। संगठन केवल इतना सुनिश्चित करता है कि आदेश एवं भुगतान की तिथि से 0–7 दिनों के भीतर या आदेश पुष्टि के समय तय की गई तिथि के अनुसार शिपमेंट कूरियर/डाक प्राधिकरण को सौंप दी जाए।
सभी आदेशों की डिलीवरी ग्राहक द्वारा प्रदान किए गए पते पर ही की जाएगी। हमारी सेवाओं की डिलीवरी की पुष्टि पंजीकरण के समय प्रदान किए गए ई-मेल पते पर भेजी जाएगी।
